totally crazy theory

Okay I had a crazy thought awhile ago what if the blood that we're seeing isn't Claire's but Adam's? What if Adam has Noah now and he has no memory and is now going to be working for him or something like that. Anyways as I said crazy theory, but with Heroes anything is possible.
