You may not know immediately who he is but Monk fans know him as Mon's therapist Dr. Kroger.
According to reports Stanley Kramel passed way from a heart attack recently(not sure about the heart attack part); he was 65.
His character was integral in the Monk storyline, how would Monk survive without his caring, unflappable, sympathetic but realistic therapist. He will truly but missed.
My heart goes out to his friends and family who know him better than I ever could, I pray that God helps them though this time of grief and that they will be comforted by Him.
I pray that Stanley will truly rest in peace.
If you want to say a few words about him USA has a forum where you can share your thoughts etc, the link is here

Yes I did it again...and I'm not ashamed
So I watched Sunday again today, and after a year after it first aired and with the new developments on SGA season 4 I have enough distance from it to really appreciate the episode.
I knew it was a good episode when I first saw it but I didn't realized that it was a really great episode! I can know appreciate it; still sad about the outcome and yes I cried again at the funeral scene. I know what you're thinking and I don't care, I'm not ashamed of it. I think this was also a turning point for McKay where he really started to look at him and try to be a better person.
Every obstacle brings a learning experience;every cloud an opportunity to truly shine:)
So it was a great episode, I understand some things about SGA now and how why some of the ships exist. But I'm suppose to be studyin now so I'll get back to that. Later and God Bless:D

Doctor Who is Back
Doctor Who is back and better than ever!!! Ok that may be a stretch but it's great. The Doctor met a familiar face...Donna and their roaming together again but the big news tonight was the constant mentioning of Martha Jones. I always knew he had a thing for her, he also now realized he was a mate, not a companion a mate.
Also cameo from Rose..Awesome. I read somewhere that they will be more cameos from her and possibly Martha the rest of the season. I would love to see all of them in one episode.
This episode really got me thinking about the lengths we go to lose weight sometimes.
The diet craze is ridiculous; how often have we put things in our mouths without a second thought about what's in it. Whether it's a diet supplement or regular food we all need to read the labels and be conscious of what we put in our food even if we decide to put garbage in it..like me ..lol. The Doctor was right though it was a genius weight loss plan, I wonder how many people would do if they knew that is what happened...
Well at least you can say they were lying the fat really does walk away, that's the first thing that would make me suspicious.
Anyways enough of this rant, just remembered that Martha is a doctor too, so they're both doctors. How cute:D
Anyways bye and God Bless You:D

Can't Believe It
So Stargate Atlantis season finale awesome.
Interestingly the server at Gateworld was busy, I guess a lot of people thought it was great too.
So many cliffhangers alternate time lines, which i love, and action and suspense.
McKay is now officially my second favorite character on Atlantis (first being Carson of course, and Ford isn't on the planet)
Great episode I would buy the complete season just for this episode. I don't want to go into what was great about cause i would end up writing the transcript for this episode. Suffice it to say that it was awesome and you should watch it.
John was really good in this episode too, condolences to him and his family for the recent death of my father. I must be hard to deal with so I'm definitely praying for you.
anyways later and God bless

CARSON!!!
Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson Carson *squee* Carson *scream* *sigh* *thunk*
ok I'm a bit more calm now.
Great episode ... and not just because Carson is the final 5 minutes of it. The paternity of Teyla's baby is now suspect. I somehow don't see her with that baby living on Atlantis either the "other One" will take it or something else....
Anyways much to do so later and God bless:D

"Steve Carrell vs Stephen Colbert.…Colbert of course"
"….but Jon Stewart more than both of them"…lol.
I just love when my favourite shows are mentioned in my other favourite shows. You know what would be awesome... if Stephen mentioned in on The Report on Monday.
Anyways McKay fans if you felt Rodney was slighted before feel vindicated because he was the hero of this episode. Watch it again at 12am!!! It was good
***********SPOILERS************
So the ep was excellent, Rodney saved Dr Keller from a horrible death, albeit he was the one that got her there; but it that hadn’t occurred they would not have gotten out of the place alive.
Good morals in this story
Even so called mistakes in life can work to your benefit, if you look at them the right way.
Necessity truly is the mother of invention and bar tricks will come in handy one day..lol.
I never thought of that though and I bet all people that watch this show are now going to go to the bar with this trick.
I was so proud of Rodney. He got rope burns on his hands and didn’t realize even though his hands were bleeding. And he still went on to help Sam down with his bleeding rope burnt hands. Sam and Dr Keller did well in this episode but Rodney McKay is the true hero and he needs to get credit for it.
Oh yeah got to comment on the Katie Brown situation, it is so cute that Dr. Keller thinks they should be together and he was so obviously to the fact that he unintentionally broke up with Katie.. He is a typical guy totally clueless, let’s not even mention was he was suggesting Sam do to get help. We all know he just wanted to see them.
*******END OF SPOILERS*******************
Good Show I recommend you watch it. It is a story about the human condition and how when faced with life’s problems we will all eventually rise to the occasion.
I love Rodney he’s so human… I mean seriously if you were on a rope over a great chasm you would be scared too, and Rodney brought that across, while still being a hero:D
This definitely one of my faves from this season
Don’t worry guys Carson and Ford are still my favourites but he had to give credit to Dr. McKay. Anyways I got stuff to do so later and God Bless:D

O'Brien... Stewart...Colbert .... What else can I say...
This is probably one of the best nights ever!! Well at least in terms of late night television. So I go to watch the The A Daily Show with Jon Stewart last night, which I rarely do on Monday cause I’m usually tired and I see Stephen Colbert on it, not much of a shock but still fun then Conan O’Brien comes I mean how great was that? Conan on A Daily Show, the whole squabble thing that they had going on through out the show was hilarious, of course Stephen was being a loudmouth and was “ready” to fight and Jon was “shaking in his boots” asthma pump in hand. Of course he actually had to the show so they break with commercial shots of Conan and Stephen talking and waiting for the show to be over.
By the time the show was over it was time for the Colbert Report where they had their little squabble again then waited for Stephen to be finished. Stephen did the show and then of course Conan was gone by the time he went outside the studio and the show ended with “to be continued on Late Night with Conan O’Brien” the graphic was hilarious.
It had Stephen Colbert in a fight pose with Conan knocked out on the ground and Jon as the referee.
Then skip to NBC, waiting for Conan to start so I was watching Leno and who do I see but Mike Rowe from Dirty Jobs, one of my fav Discovery Channel shows. It was great seeing that old infomercial, he really does have a great voice though. Anyways back to Conan, so the show starts and I see that OneRepublic is performing and I think could this be any more perfect.
Anyways so Conan explains the whole argument to the audience and then of course Jon and Stephen come in and start with the taunting so they go outside the studio and start “fighting”. Of course it’s not a real fight, it’s obviously fake but it was still amusing.. well at least to me. Then after all of this Mike Huckabee comes on (on a video) and says that none of these men made me the American people made me. “So vote for me and ignore these idiots” which was hilarious.
So Mike Epps was there too and he was funny as usual and the OneRepublic performance was ok, Ann Curry was her jovial self and it was a good show.
Oh wait I just realize I didn't say what the fight was about.. it was about who "made" Mike Huckabee into the political force that he is now. Here's a video that kinda explains it...kinda.
About Friday’s Stargate, good episode
Joe had a great concept which really came out well. It also explains a lot about his character. I kinda figured that he had some "status" cause usually people don't take the Mensa test just for fun. He probably did it cause he was pressured to. Anyways that's a weird stretch.
Today is going to be a good day, not just because of the O'brien/Stewart/Colbert thing, but because this is a day that the Lord has made.
Love your life and May God Bless You :D

Can't Believe It
This was a crazy week I mean first the death of a great actor Heath Ledger, who I absolutely adored. He was in so many good movies. I first saw him in A Knight's Tale..one of the best movies ever!!! Okay so maybe I'm over exaggerating but it was a good movie.
Even Joel from the Soup acknowledged that Heath was a great actor, I mean have you ever heard anything bad about him until now? Think about it.
Anyways I think he was one of the few actors, young actors, who didn't get involved in non-stop partying , etc. Wait.. how many actors are like that though? It's mostly the girls that get all the bad attention... there are a few bad boys in Hollywood but no one really pays any attention to them. I guess that media bias right there.
okay let's get back on topic, Heath- good guy, great actor, always convincing. I guess that's because he always threw himself into the character..well so I hear, by any measure a good guy that didn't deserve to go that way.
Even Joel from the Soup acknowledged that Heath was a great actor, I mean have you ever heard anything bad about him until now? Think about it.

My favorite movies with him were A Knight's Tale and Casanova, yup, I'm a romantic at heart. He had the adorable Australian accent, which I absolutely love, add his good looks and he was irresistible.
I was so shocked to hear the news, interestingly when I said Heath Ledger everyone, except a few of my totally clueless friends knew who I was talking about, which is not usually the case. Most people thought he was a good person. Only God knows what really happened.
May God be with his soul.
Anyways that's it for now , later:D God bless

Well It's About Time
It's about time that McKay gets some credence for his heroic work. Granted he is always relunctant to do certain things, like endanger life and limb for some stupid cause but how many of us would?
Rodney though annoying and arrogant and pessismist represent more typical human emotions in the face of trying circumstances.
He does have a tendence to overreact but without him SGA won't be as fun to watch.
Anyways about last night's episode.***SPOILERS*****
Funny parts, the girl thinking that John would rule the country as her king, seriously he's at least twice her age. But of course she falls "in love" with John, who knows whether sister have been telling her about him and let's face it he is cute.
The parallel between McKay and Harmony are striking, but let's be real, you won't rather an adult be a know-it-all that a child because at least they're older than you, and with age usually comes wisdom. Well at least that's how I feel.
Second funny part when John thinks Harmony is calling him a hero and does the whole "I know you're impressed but you'll find someone else" thing, then she calls him a usurper and rushes to Rodney's side instead lavishing praises on him.
The best part the painting that Harmony commissioned with Rodney at the front protecting her and John cowering behind her, to which McKay responses "That's about how I remember it".
Absolutely priceless
you can see a pic of the painting here I saw it in the forums here.

It was AWESOME!!!!!
Ok so I'm about to seriously date myself now but I just watched the series finale of Codename: Kids Next Door,a show which according to the KND rules I probably shouldn't be watching anyways I guess I'm one of those operatives who pass their decommissioning age..lol.
Anywaysit was a great episode with the kids next door being interviewed when they got older and the narrator asking them what happened to Numba one.
***************SPOILERS***********************
So the narrator turns out to be Father who in the last mission of the KND together as kids had his pipe stolen.
And of course he wanted it back.
Anyways the KND went on a scavenger hunt to win the delightful child from down the lane birthday cake and the adventure continues.
Anyways the obvious things happened in the end. Kuki married Wally..Awww.
Abigail married Hoagie..I think and Numba five took over KND Sector B, in Nigel's absence.
Of course Nigel found out he has the coolest parents cuz they knew about his KND stuff and totally supported him, not to mention the fact that they were super operatives themselves.
Unexpected stuff... Well Wally going to Harvard.....Yeah that was a surprise. Not sure I actually believed it though he said it too many times.
Ok so after checking wikipedia (I love this site) he actually went to Harvard and got a Ph.D
GO WALLY!!!
KND the full story wikipedia
The end was the best though, they were still KND even though they were old:D
*****************END OF SPOILERS*****************
Yup it was a good episode and I figure that they used the actual people who voice the characters in the interview. Good show, Sad to see to go.
Anyways goodbye and God Bless:D

American Idol
So american idol kick started abother season with some hilarious results. First of all people if your friends can't sing don't tell them they can.....SERIOUSLY DON"T. It embarrasses them ans shows the world that you are a cruel person. Seriously stop!
Whatever if your friend insists on going, support them.
People if you can't sing well, don't try out for American Idol ut seriously I ended feeling bad for most of the people. Sympathy is not the word to use , I guess Outrage that people tell them that they sound good.
What was up with that stalker guy though? CREEPY!!!
Anyway Got to go Bye:D

one of the best episode
Quarantine was one of the best episode of SGA this season, the character development was superb.
Loved the whole pairing thing, I've always thought that Keller and Ronon would make a great couple and seeing them together was just fabulous.
Rodney and Katie were just hilarious, how she stands Rodney is beyond me but they are adorable together.
John and Teyla had the usual banter, not that dramatic.
Carter and Radek stuck in an elevator, had some funny moments like Radek forgetting that he was with Carter not McKay and didn't have to explain himself for every excuse.
Big story of the Night
Keller and Ronon in early stages of dating.
Rodney realizing that he is VERY ARROGANT and the big one..... wanting to be a better person for Kate.. AWWWW!!!!!!!
Well here ends may mini post.
Have fun and God Bless:D

Stephen and Jon are back.. and other things
Happy New Year everyone, hope you have a great one..lol 2008=great, okay that was corny.
A lot of stuff happened the last 30 days, Pakistan's opposition leader Benazir Bhutto was assassinated at a political rally, Barack Obama came out on top in the Iowa caucus for the Democrats, and Mike Huckabee for the Republicans, Britney Spears loses custody of her children and her sister is pregnant..yup it was a eventful holiday.
But on a lighter and more exciting note..Stephen and Jon are back!
Imagine my surprise and joy when I happened to see that there were new episodes of the Daily Show or should i call it "a daily show" on tv tonight, i was so happy you would not believe it.
It was so good to see the Colbert Report, which no longer has the sophisticated sound "Colbear Rappor"[yeah I can't spell], it now sounds just like the way it's spelt, Stephen got a5 min standing ovation [i may be exaggerating see for yourself]with cheers and everything; at first i thought it was well deserved but after awhile i began wondering it they left the applause sign on (intentionally of course)
Of course the usual banter ensues with the ever-present reality of the writer's strike looming in the background..literally, there were people picketing on sidewalks outside the studio.
Anyways they made jokes about the strikes, etc, the usual thing, except you know there were no correspondents for Jon and a lot of flashbacks, cause well.. there was no one there to write comedy for them. Of course they improvise and it was funny but you could tell that there were no writers there. Anyways really glad to see them.
This is not how I intended to start my first blog post of the year but it just spilled out.
Well as I said it's already been a very interesting month, in fact it seems that it will be a interesting year too. Bhutto was assassinated, Obama won the Democrat caucus and Huckabee the Republican. It's so interesting that Huckabee is now in the lead, he's a Colbert Report veteran and I really think that the Colbert bump is really working for him, because to be honest I had no idea who he was until he went on the show.
Anyways now they,Obama and Huckabee, both have the media hype behind them, it's up to them to utilize it.
Notice something strange, like the fact that my post is strangely devoid of any mention of Stargate Atlantis, well I unfortunately missed it, I know... absolutely dreadful! If you know where I could find the last episode online, I'd be very grateful, thanks.
Anyways that's it for me, Goodbye and God Bless:D
